Booking Policies
  • All visits are by appointment only and are subject to room availability.
  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Payment is required prior to each scheduled session.
  • Rooms may not be reserved for blocks of three (3) or more consecutive days.
  • Relaxation Room sessions are limited to 30 minutes per visit.
  • Monthly memberships include up to four (4) relaxation sessions per calendar month.

The Black Diamond Studios Relaxation Room is designed solely to provide a comfortable, calming, and enjoyable relaxation experience.

Black Diamond Studios is not a medical facility, healthcare provider, massage therapy practice, physical therapy clinic, or mental health provider. Our staff are not physicians, nurses, licensed massage therapists, psychologists, or other medical professionals.

The Relaxation Room is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor should it be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any statements regarding relaxation, stress relief, comfort, or wellness describe general experiences only and should not be interpreted as medical claims or guarantees of results.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have concerns regarding the use of massage chairs, lighting effects, aromas, or audio stimulation, or are under the care of a physician, you should consult your healthcare provider before using the Relaxation Room.

By booking and participating in a Relaxation Room Session, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and choose to participate voluntarily.

Audio & Video recording

Are you an artist working on a song? We can record vocals and instruments (Drum sets not included unless it's a small pad kit). We can provide production assistance or you can produce your recordings yourself.​

Relaxation Room

Enjoy all of your senses in our relaxation room where sight, sound, touch, and smell are stimulated like never before.

Gaming

You have a great gaming system but your room, your setup could be better. Well, we have 2 personal gaming rooms equipped with 6 speakers, 65" 4K Smart TV, smart lights that interact with your video game, personal fan, exhaust fan, heated or air conditioned.
